This week my parents have been gone at a conference in Florida. So my grandma came and stayed with all 6 of us kids. That includes me, 14 years old, down to my little brother who is 10 months old. It was a lot of fun and I really enjoyed having my grandma stay with us. Yes, we did watch a few more movies than usual and a couple of treats, but who's complaining? But you know if your parents are not there things can get kinda crazy. There were a few times when one of us had to have a little timeout. Not for being naughty but because we just needed a few minuets to ourselves. During this week I remembered these passages in the Bible:
1 Corinthians 13 = The way of love.
1 John 3:11-24 = Love one another.
Psalm 23 = The Lord is my Shepard.
Proverbs 3 = Trust in the Lord with all you heart.
James 1 = Testing of your faith and hearing and doing the word.
This week I have prayed a lot for Patience and love and faith. Remember God hears a always answers your payers. Even if it is not with the answer you wanted.
Psalm 66:20
" Praise be to God who has not rejected my prayers nor removed his steadfast love from me."
